The Cuisinart CBK-110 This is the model I have and use occasionally in my RV. It is inexpensive and really does a nice job of making consistent bread.
It uses 560 watts of power with the highest load coming during baking. It has an adjustable loaf size up to 2 pounds.
It has a 13-hour start delay.
